Turn on BlackBerry Passport smartphone and touch the menu button and go to setting menu.

Then go to Security & Privacy menu and touch and press the option.

Step 3:

Now you got Security wipe option and touch the option also.

Step 4:

Touch and write Blackberry and press Delete Data option.

Step 5:

Your phone will be deleted all data and the phone will reboot. You have successfully complete factory reset.

Process 3: BlackBerry Passport Format Using Code

The another process to reset a cell phone is a secret code. If process 1 and process 2 don’t work you use this process easily. You can easily format you smartphone by using the code.
